Melissa finds great fulfillment in working with motivated clients and watching them make progress in their healing journey. She is advanced certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and has additional training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), which she integrates into her practice. Melissa is particularly passionate about solution-focused therapy, and she strives to find the therapeutic modalities that best match each client’s needs and personal journey.
While her primary focus is on working with women experiencing infertility, Melissa is dedicated to supporting a range of women's health issues. She is particularly invested in helping her clients heal from the emotional toll of infertility and infant loss, working alongside them to find strength, peace, and understanding during some of life's most challenging moments.
Outside of her work, Melissa is a dedicated mother, wife, and dog lover. Her hobbies include cooking, horseback riding, and practicing yoga. She believes in practicing what she preaches, and actively incorporates calming techniques into her own life to stay grounded. This commitment to self-care allows her to offer her clients not only professional expertise but also personal insight into the importance of mental and emotional well-being.
